Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 13-Week Contract Assignment (Day Shift)

Hours: 36 Hours/Week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Shift: Day Shift
Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse to 6 Patients
Setting: Calm, structured care environment (non-hospital)

We’re seeking compassionate and reliable LPNs for a full-time 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who want predictable schedules, steady income, and a manageable patient load that allows for meaningful care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans

  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders

  • Document changes in patient condition with accuracy and clarity

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

  • Provide patient/family education and emotional support

  • Respond appropriately to urgent care needs

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for care

Ideal Candidate Has Experience In:

  • Pediatric or young adult care

  • Ventilator, trach, and G-tube support

  • Wound care, IV therapy, and emergency response

  • Strong clinical judgment and team communication

Qualifications Required:

  • Current, unrestricted Florida LPN license

  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

  • Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in:

    • Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Rehab

  • Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
