About the Position Description

As a Cath Lab Nurse, you'll work alongside cardiologists and technologists to provide real-time support during invasive cardiac procedures. Responsibilities include prepping and monitoring patients before, during, and after procedures, administering conscious sedation, managing medications and IVs, and responding to cardiac emergencies such as arrhythmias or code events. You will also play a key role in patient education and post-procedure care.

This fast-paced environment demands excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You must be comfortable with high-tech equipment, sterile technique, and rapid decision-making during high-stakes moments.
