Block scheduling with rotating weekend standby (Saturday 0600–Monday 0600, once per month). On-call required for cardiac emergencies. Patient ratio 1:1. Highlights: Work in a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital with comprehensive cardiovascular services Scrub and circulator experience in CVOR preferred, handling advanced cardiac procedures including CABG, LVAD, valve replacements, and transplant surgeries Epic charting system utilized across the facility May float to multiple regional facilities based on unit needs and skill sets Free parking provided on-site Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and interpretation services Requirements: Active Oregon RN license (may submit with pending) Current BLS certification Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular operating room experience Prior travel experience required Epic charting system experience required Scrub and circulator experience in CVOR setting Experience with advanced cardiac procedures including CABG, IABP, LVAD/RVAD, valve replacements, and transplant surgeries Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for this assignment Two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Must reside outside 50-mile radius or accept local rate Willingness to float to multiple regional facilities as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a respected teaching hospital offering cutting-edge cardiovascular surgical care in a collaborative environment with robust interdisciplinary support.
