Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit. The shift is 4x12-hour nights with every other weekend required. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand at the time of submission. It is necessary to provide two supervisor references from the last year, including one from the current or most recent assignment. Candidates should have strong skills in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT). The role may require floating to the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed. This position may require a video interview based on candidate eligibility. Candidates should possess experience with patient ratios of 2-3. Preferred qualifications include prior charge experience and familiarity with the Epic charting system. Experience in community hospitals and travel nursing is preferred. The work environment involves providing care for adults and geriatric patients in a critical care setting. Additional required competencies include the ability to monitor and manage complex patient needs effectively.
