About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Profession: Maternal Child Health (MCH)

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12 hours

Hours per Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM

Experience: 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience required Five (5) plus years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery preferred One (1) year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two (2) years preferred

License: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program

Must-Have: License & Certifications ACLS

Description: The ideal candidate will have a passion for maternal child health.

They will provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor and delivery.

They will be responsible for monitoring the health status of both mother and baby.

Candidates must be capable of working in high-pressure situations.

The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Applicants should demonstrate thorough knowledge and application of nursing practices.

Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Experience in high-risk obstetrics is highly preferred.
