Must-Have: 1. 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting. 2. Ability to manage patient care with a ratio of 1:6. 3. Certification in BLS and ACLS. 4. Knowledge and experience with the Epic charting system. 5. Ability to float to other units as needed. 6. Experience with tracheostomy care and management.

Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical Surgical. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You are expected to manage patients with a standard ratio. Participation in weekend shifts is required on an every-other-weekend basis. Floating to other units may be necessary depending on staffing needs. You will be responsible for all aspects of tracheostomy care and management. To excel in this role, strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
