40 hours per week (mix of 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and 11:00 AM–11:30 PM shifts); call coverage 2x per schedule; weekend shifts required Highlights: 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma Center Dual role: must be able to both circulate and scrub Comprehensive surgical case mix including trauma, robotic, ENT, orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neurology (all OR specialties except open heart) EPIC charting system; scrubs provided First-time travelers accepted Robotic surgery experience required; extensive multi-specialty OR exposure Requirements: Active New Jersey or Compact state RN license required at time of submission Minimum 2 years of current acute care OR experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles across multiple specialties Robotic and ENT experience required Orthopedic, vascular, general, thoracic, and neurosurgery experience required Submission of work history and scrub/circulate skills checklist required Trauma Level I or II experience preferred; charge experience preferred Must be available to float within skillset as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center with exposure to a diverse range of surgical specialties and advanced robotic procedures.
