Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a competent Nurse, you will practice independently in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. You will provide routine and complex care, making long-range goals or plans, and develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with their level of practice. Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed. Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
