Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care through the application of the nursing process and adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized plans to address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for potential side effects and effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of patient history, symptoms, medication, and provided care. Additional Responsibilities Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers on health-related topics and treatment plans. Participate in the development and implementation of tailored care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient satisfaction and well-being. Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred. Certifications/Credentials Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
