Job Title: Healthcare Provider As a skilled and experienced healthcare provider, you will practice independently in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. You will provide routine and complex care, with the ability to develop long-range goals or plans. Responsibilities include: Meeting expectations of applicable competencies. Providing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients. Addressing increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administering medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness. Documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given. Assessing learning needs and providing education to patients, family members and/or caregivers. Requirements include: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred. 1 year of experience in the related specialty, preferred. BLS required; RN License in state of employment or compact. Current ACLS certification required. Credential Grace Periods apply, dependent on experience level.
