Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Manage behavioral health and substance abuse (SUD) cases
• Administer HIV preventative care, including PrEP and PEP testing
• Diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
• Offer women's health services, including prenatal education
• Conduct adult care and pediatric examinations
• Perform routine health screenings and preventive care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for various medical conditions
• Handle dermatology cases during specified hours
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Athenahealth EHR system
• Educate patients on health management and preventive measures
• Participate in care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Experience in full-scope family practice preferred
• Proficiency in Athenahealth EHR system is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
