Nursing Career The key to a successful nursing career is the ability to work independently and think critically. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing routine and complex care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Key Responsibilities: To provide high-quality patient care, utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. To administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, monitor for side effects, and report any concerns to the physician. To document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given to ensure accurate record-keeping. To educate patients, family members, and caregivers on health-related topics and provide resources to support their needs. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred. 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred. BLS certification required. RN License in state of employment or compact. Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
