Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,400-$1,500 per week

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering treatment plans tailored to residents' needs. * Help residents improve their daily living and functional skills through therapeutic interventions. * Provide hands-on care and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met. * Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility policies. * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Illinois. * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. * Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A passion for helping residents achieve their therapy goals.
