Responsibilities

Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values.
The nursing assistant also assists the licensed personnel.
In addition, the medical/surgical nursing assistant assists patients with activities of daily living, basic nursing care needs,
and maintains a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse.
The Nursing Assistant performs age-specific care as appropriate.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be able to provide basic nursing care to patients of all ages; neonates to geriatric population.

Preferred Job Requirements

Previous work as a nursing assistant or completion of a nursing assistant training program.
