About the Role: Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide hands-on support for occupational therapy plans in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Key Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans designed by an Occupational Therapist (OT). Provide rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and functional independence. Accurately document treatment progress and patient responses. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: Valid COTA certification and state licensure. Experience in a SNF setting preferred.
