Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,400-$1,500 per week

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering treatment plans tailored to residents' needs. Help residents improve their daily living and functional skills through therapeutic interventions. Provide hands-on care and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met. Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care. Qualifications: Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for helping residents achieve their therapy goals.
