**Support Students with Diverse Learning Needs** We are seeking a dedicated professional to support students with diverse learning needs, including learning, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. This person will work closely with an assigned teacher and provide support by working with students individually and in groups, assisting with lesson plans and materials, grading homework, and writing progress reports. **Key Responsibilities** Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. Assist with lesson plans and materials to ensure student success. Grade homework and write progress reports. Communicate effectively with teachers and students. **Requirements** Experience as a paraprofessional or similar role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information.
