Experience: 2 years of experience in a level one trauma facility required.

License: Kentucky or compact license required.

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.

Must-Have: Experience in PC, AC, Tele, and Med/Surg. Float requirement to other universal/progressive areas. Every other weekend required. No block scheduling. No pre-approved time off between May and August.

Description: This position involves caring for medical and surgical patients. It is a step-down unit role. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a level one trauma facility. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Strong experience in PC, AC, Tele, and Med/Surg nursing is essential. Candidates will float to other universal and progressive areas within the facility as needed. Local travelers within a certain radius are not accepted. Candidates should be aware that no block scheduling is available. No pre-approved time off will be accepted between May and August.
