Must-Have: Must have experience in Progressive Care, Acute Care, Telemetry, and Med/Surg. Every other weekend required. Must be willing to float to other universal or progressive areas. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted. No block scheduling. No pre-approved time off between May and August.

Description: Caring for medical/surgical patients in a stepdown unit. The role requires 2 years of work experience in a level one trauma facility. Candidates must hold a Kentucky or compact license and possess the required certifications. The position involves floating to other areas as needed. Every other weekend is mandatory. Compliance with all certifications and exams related to the role is expected. Candidates must be aware of the facility's policies regarding rehire eligibility. Maintaining patient safety and providing quality care are essential responsibilities. The position demands strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
