Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team. This individual will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Neuro/Surgical ICU environment. Responsibilities: Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes. Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals. Monitor patients' conditions, identifying potential complications and taking prompt action to prevent adverse events. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects and adjusting plans accordingly. Document patient information, ensuring accurate and timely recording of vital signs, medical history, and treatment details. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred. 1 year of experience in Critical Care nursing, preferably in a Neuro/Surgical ICU setting. Current ACLS certification required. Ability to work multiple shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
