As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and critical thinking are paramount. Job Summary Our ICU is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), offering a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We operate with Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
